I have shopped at TJ Maxx several times and am always impressed with the deals that I can find throughout the store. However, before this week, I had never shopped at Marshalls. I always pictured it as pricier than this budget-conscious girl could afford.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I made it one of my many stops last week in “my Big Race“. I have been searching for wall hangings for our new home and have not been successful. I had no idea that Marshalls carried home goods. I walked out of the store with a beautiful painting for only $20. (My dining room wall now looks fabulous!) I also scored a long-sleeved shirt for Lincoln for only $5. {Success.}
It’s clear to me now that both TJ Maxx and Marshalls are great places for bargain-hunters like me. They have such a variety of deals to choose from and are one-stop shops for everything from home goods to toys to electronics and more.
And now it’s your turn to hunt down a bargain! TJ Maxx has offered to give one of my readers a $25 gift card to help stretch your holiday gift-buying budget. (Or for your after-the-holidays-bargain-finding budget!)
It’s easy to enter. Here’s how:

I love TJ Maxx, the toy prices are great! We scored some My Little Ponies for my daughter – cheaper than any other store!

Love them both – and I think Tj Maxx and Marshalls are owned by the same company!
I used to buy my kids books at Babies-R-Us, Borders and Kohls and they have some of the exact same books for half the price at TJ Maxx and Marshalls and awesome prices on kids clothes and shoes!
