I have been thinking about my New Year goals lately. One of them is to spend more time exercising. This past year has been such a whirlwind that I have gotten off track in that department…way off track. I am planning on using a free 30 day membership to our local fitness center to get started.
I also want to try some new ways of working out this year that I might have overlooked in the past. For example, I would love to give yoga a try. Yoga just seems like such a great way to tone up and relax. One of my friends is a yoga teacher and has just returned from a course at the best place for yoga teacher training so I might have to ask her for some tips to get my yoga journey started.
