Did you try using the troubleshooting guide? It’s a SmartSource coupon and I know sometimes people have a hard time printing them.
I printed mine at 10:58 PST so it must be on EST time!!! Also, the coupon reads that they are giving an offer every first Monday of every month in 2010!! COOL!!
