    You should have received a welcome e-mail. In it, there is a link that you need to click through in order to activate your free prints.
    Let me know if that works.

    I did the above but nothing comes up free at check out- Now there is something that says I have 50 free 4X7 but it doesnt seem to reflect at check out- what am I doing wrong?
    It is charging me 19 cents per photo and telling me that “If your order is under $5.00 you will be charged a $1.49 service fee. You can continue to checkout or add more photos to your order.” Will those charges disappear at check out if I have 50 photos listed or will it come up 19 cents per foto time 50?
