I did this through another couponing site and Campus Fundraiser was great to work with! Some people were uncomfortable because we had to pay full price then wait a few days for a refund, but we also had the option of mailing in a check. We could write the check for the discounted amount, so ask if you are more comfortable with this route.
I was also warned by others that All You can be slow about processing new orders so do not be alarmed if your magazine takes a while to reach you.
