It took less than 2wks and I recieved my box in the mail… Here is what was in it:

i copied and pasted…that worked (the click here link did not)…then it told me congrats…put in mailing info, submit, then the next page said…

I got to the last page of the survey and then hit the continue button and the next page said URL not found :/ I tried again and got the same page. I hope it went through!
