I’ve admitted before that shopping is about one of my least favorite activities ever, but one place I can usually find clothes that I like at a good price is Old Navy.

Question for you, I went target yesterday & purchased the scrubbing bubbles toilet gel & get I got a free scrubbing bubbles brush/refill free.
I used an additional $1 coupon for the 2nd item and was told this was not acceptable because the 2nd item was free. Do you know if this states so in targets policy & where?
