I tried to fill that out last night via iPhone… Wouldnt work for me . I changed email addresses and still wouldnt work. Even though it says in fine print you can get at least 2 samples. (Which I have not . ONLY 1) They go by your mail address and it said I had already completed this offer. So I only got one a few months ago…. Better Luck to All of YOU .
