I was able to run to the Giant this afternoon and take advantage of the Kraft deal I shared earlier. It worked like a charm!  The cashier did have to get a manager to override the coupon since it was $5, but she did so without a problem.  I had to buy a few more things, but the total for all of the above was only $7.19 after coupons and instant savings.

You can see at the bottom of the receipt that $5 Instant Savings was deducted and then the $5 coupon as well.

Please be sure to call ahead to your store to find out if they will accept $5 coupons.  I was told at my store that $5 is the max that they will accept.

You can see the deal scenario with coupons here.

I went to the Souderton Giant tonight and used your same scenario, worked perfectly. I did find the additional coupons for $1 off 2 shredded cheeses. My total was $6.19. Thanks!

I spotted more coupons at the Giant in Thorndale today – there were tear off pads on an end display of Wheat Thins, and they were for $1 off 1 box. So 8 coupons would make 8 boxes for $7 when you factor in the instant $5 savings. Be sure to check those displays 😉

Wow…those are great coupons, Karyn! I got some, but they were $1/2 boxes.

Welcome
