I went to Landis today…even though I saved over $40, I was still disappointed. I had a manager with a trainee checking me out, who looked at every single coupon. With my go card, my coupons automatically doubled, but the manager overrided those and didn’t give me the extra discount. I ended up paying a few dollars more that what I expected to pay. Oh well, I purchased 12 boxes of cereal (4 kelloggs cinnamon, 6 original cheerios, & 2 trix), 2 pkgs of pilbury crescent rolls, and 1 bag of Frito chips which came to a total of 12.34. Thanks for the finding all the deals 🙂
Oh bummer, Maria! I’ve never had a cashier do that…I even asked about it at customer service and was told that they allow coupons to be doubled that say ‘Do Not Double’. Hope they don’t change this policy!
Went to Landis….Yoplait (Dora Kids yogurt) is also on sale. There is a .50c Q on coupons.com making them only $1 each! You can use this as part of the $3 instant savings deal along with the cereal. You can also use the .75c/2 Q for gogurt as well. Can’t beat $1 kids yogurt 🙂
