Just went to Target to score some of these deals and here is what I got:
Woman’s Jeans (4.98 on clearance)
Up and Up All purpose cleaner (32 ounces)
Up and Up Ibprofen (24 count)
2 Target brand salsas (24 ounces each)
Clorox wips (travel size 9 count)
Quantum powerballs (10 count)
Grand Total: $2.31 (which was basically just from the salsa)

I just printed out a bunch of Target coupons and I noticed that on each one it states, “Limit one coupon or offer per transaction.” Does this mean that you can only use one Target coupon for that specific item for each transaction or one Target coupon for the entire transaction? Just a little confused. I wanted to use two Target coupon and two manufacturers coupons for two items, but doesn’t look like I can do that.

This is a policy that *most* Targets do not enforce. There are some that do, but I rarely hear about them.
If they do enforce the policy, you do have the option to go back through checkout and do a second transaction. Hopefully, you won’t have to though!
