Update: According to the Bic Pen Pals Facebook page, they will be giving away 130 pens an hour from 10 am to 8 pm EST each day for 30 days. These will go quickly, so your best chance will be first thing in the morning or late at night. Just click on “The Cork Board” tab to enter at the beginning of each hour.
