My hobby is woodworking & throughout the year I build bars to sell & earn extra money.

I’ll be redeeming my rewards on my credit cards for gift cards and cash back. I also plan to go shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I enter giveaways and sweepstakes to win gifts, too.

I’ve been Swagging, but next week I’m putting it in full gear. I’m going to do the surveys, watch Swag TV and search even more. My friend’s goal is a $50 Amazon gc this month and I think she’ll make it. I’m aiming for less since I more kiddos to watch, but I really need that extra cash right now.
I also did the Cover Girl deal at Rite Aid to continue to roll over my UP rewards.

I’m trying to get shopping done ahead of time, using the Amazon prime/free shipping, checking out coupon sites, having my kids make gifts, etc.
This year I’m having a blast with Heartsy (http://heartsy.me/users/73216/referral?c=plin). It’s basically groupon for Etsy. Each day they feature 3-5 Etsy stores, most of which offer discounted store credit. You can then use the store credit, which usually expires between 1 and 3 months after purchase, to buy whatever you want from the Etsy store. So far, I’ve gotten beautiful crystal earrings for $15 (regularly $30), and super cute soy candles for $11 (regularly $21), including shipping. The store credit can also usually be used toward shipping. I’ll be able to give high quality hand made gifts without breaking our budget. The link above is my referral link, for full disclosure. 🙂
