Was able to get smokey eye kit for $1.05 which includes shipping. Eye kit was $5.00, shipping .99 cents and used promo code. They charge tax on shipping.

the lip gloss set is sold out, but i got mascara (normally $5.54) for $0.56 as it was a free shipping item!
WOW!!! Lip gloss is already gone, but question??? Was the 99 cent shipping part of Target’s deal, b/c when I added something else to the cart, my total was 90 cents but shipping was over $5.
From what I understand, shipping costs vary from item to item. It just happened that this ELF set was only $0.99 to ship. It takes some looking around, but hopefully we can find some other items with low shipping costs as well.
