That is strange, Brenda. That is how I entered mine. Does your card look similar to the sample card they have listed?
Mine has a number across the top of the scan bar, and also below. I tried both numbers. Also the picture shows a space between the first numbers and also the last, my numbers are all together below the scan bar.
