My (Almost) $5 Challenge Update!

It was a big day.

Today I actually got dressed, put some make-up on and made a trip to CVS with coupons and a $5 bill in hand.

(It’s been a while since I’ve donned my Super Couponing Cape with the arrival of our beautiful baby boy last week.)

And it felt good!

You can see how far I stretched that Lincoln in the picture above.  Although just like Washington, I cannot tell a lie.  I actually spent $5.89.  (The Visine were priced incorrectly.)  Total before coupons was $71.05.

I’m excited to meet 21 needs this week when I donate these to our local food pantry in Souderton, PA.

Now it’s your turn!  Why not join the Couponing for Community $5 Challenge and see how many needs you can meet with one $5 bill?  Then be sure to post your picture on the C4C Facebook Wall so we can highlight your Coupon Super Hero skills!
