I was able to do this but it gave the cashier grief. It would not scan so she just entered 49 cents. Tape at my store was labeled 99 cents but rang up 49. Apparently she could get in trouble for giving me the one cent back. Shouldn’t Target have it all straight on their own coupons? Just curious. I’ve been couponing a long time but not at Target.
