      If a coupon states redeemable only at Walmart, then it can only be used at Walmart. But if it does not say ‘only’, then it can be used elsewhere since it’s a manufacturer’s coupon. It does get a little tricky if the cashier is not familiar with that policy though. In most cases I’ve been able to use these coupons anywhere.
