One of our favorite summer activities is taking advantage of FREE reading rewards programs for kids. It’s such a great way to encourage our kids to keep on reading and have FUN while doing it. (I have to admit, I wish there were some great reading rewards programs for Moms. I’d be all over that!)

The Atlanta Braves has a promotion this summer for kids in K-12. I haven’t checked other MLB websites, but we’re planning to see the Phillies play on Sept 2!
All the kids have to do is read a grade level book and submit a mini book report with their registration and they’ll receive a free ticket in the mail for the date they choose. Additional tickets are only $12 each, for those of us who are too young or no longer in school.

My brain got ahead of my fingers. I meant to say that I haven’t checked other websites, but they may have a similar promotion. THEN, “We’re planning to see the Phillies….” 🙂

This is a great list. We’ll be homeschooling next year, so any reading resource is great to have. Thanks! Pinning for this summer!
