How to Save on Newspaper Subscriptions
Many readers ask me for tips on how to save on newspaper subscriptions. It’s been a while since I’ve shared about one of my best tips, so I thought I’d share again about Discounted Newspapers.
Discounted Newspapers currently offers 400 local and national newspapers, serving over 40,000 zip codes. Subscription options range in frequency from 7-days a week to Sunday-only and the offers range from 4 weeks to 52 weeks.
I’ve had great success with this service. A couple of years ago, I signed up for a six month trial period to have my local paper delivered to my door for less than I pay at the newsstand. It’s hard to beat that!
Note: Once your subscription runs out, be sure to call your paper and ask if you can continue at your discounted rate. When my subscription ran out, I cancelled. I was then called by their customer service and they offered to continue the subscription for the same price if I would remain a customer. I pay the same rate to this day!
