MY DISNEY MAGAZINE FROM DISCOUNTMAGS NEVER ARRIVED AND IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS. I ordered the frozen magazine from this website (along with thomas the train). I ordered Frozen for two years and paid $28 for Frozen and that is a great price. The problem is that I ordered them on June 6, 2015. Thomas the train arrived for my nephew but the Frozen magazine HAS YET TO ARRIVE despite multiple contacts with discountmags. They just keep giving me future delivery dates and state they will contact the publisher, yada yada yada. Thomas the train is not a disney magazine so it did come straight away. I think there is a problem with ordering Disney from discountmags. It has been 5 MONTHS and they have my money but my niece does not have her magazine. I feel awful that I told her it was coming. I finally just yesterday told them either the magazine comes promptly or i am contacting my credit card company and requesting a charge back. Hopefully, that will get their attention. who knows? I have used them in the past many times but with Disney, there is a problem.
