BEWARE – I tried to use JoAnn online to purchase fabric last month. After debiting my account, and waiting two weeks for it to arrive, I received an e-mail that the fabric had been out-of-stock and my order was cancelled. Took me two phone calls to get my money back, and even then the details of my order were horribly mangled. I have a lot of experience shopping online, and this was by far the worst I have ever had.
