There are a couple of new coupons available that could equal FREE items when paired with a sale:

• Get a $0.50/1 Lifesavers Candy or Mints (6.25 oz or 7 oz. only) coupon by scrolling down the page and click on “Special Savings Now”.  Many stores often have these on sale for $1 per bag, so they will be free if your store doubles coupons.  (Thanks, Pirates of the Supermarket!)

• Get a $1/1 Quaker True Delights Rice or Multigrain Snacks printable coupon here.  These often go on sale for $1, making them FREE after coupon! The offer has changed to $1/2 Quaker True Delights.  (Thanks, Mojo Savings!)

If you live near a Giant PA and have not taken advantage of the HOT Kellogg’s promotion this week, I have good news.  It seems that we’ve finally figured out why there is a $10 catalina printing with each of these offers.  Here is the scoop:

“Buy any 10 Kelloggs, Keebler, Sunshine, Eggos and/or Morningstar Farms products (3.8 oz or larger, any flavor, mix or match) in one shopping order between 8/01/10 and 8/14/10 and save $10 on a future order with coupon.”  (Thanks, Becky and For the Mommas!)

So essentially you can score lots more great deals with this offer on other products.  However, since Giant PA has the save $10 when you buy 10 promotion going on simultaneously, it’s a deal made in heaven!

Here’s what I have scored in three trips so far:

30 boxes of 8-packs Keebler crackers
10 boxes of Eggo Waffles
6 boxes of select Kellogg’s cereals
4 boxes of family sized Pop Tarts

I used two $1/2 Eggo coupons from RP 6/20 and RP 7/25 and also two $1.25/3 Kellogg’s cereals and two $1/2 Pop Tarts from a coupon booklet inside a Kellogg’s box a while back.  So I paid $7.50 out of pocket and still have a $10 catalina to use.

Even if you don’t have coupons, you can still score an amazing deal by continually rolling the catalina.  Here’s how:

Buy 10 boxes of Eggo Waffles @ $1.99
Pay $10 after instant savings
Receive $10 catalina good on your next transaction

Then:

Buy 10 packages of Keebler 8-pk. crackers @ $2 ea.
Pay $10 after instant savings
Use $10 catalina from previous transaction
Final price: FREE plus get another $10 catalina!

You can then use the $10 catalina to re-do this deal as many times as you’d like!  I do encourage you not to clear the shelves if possible, but have fun!
