I signed up for ez meals under the impression that they have the weight managemnt points system. When I signed up, the points system wasn’t on option. What meal option do people on Weight Watchers use?

I believe it’s the Portion Control menus, Valerie. If you look at the sample, it will tell you how many points each item is.
They aren’t affiliated with Weight Watchers, so they can’t say directly that it’s a Weight Watchers program, but it’s the same idea.

I just signed up for this program, and so far LOVE it! It’s just my husband and I that I am feeding, but it’s so difficult to come up with creative meal plans. Plus I just joined weight watchers, so EZ menus makes it super easy to keep track of points. Plus sometimes the servings are too much for just the 2 of us, so it’s nice having lunch the next day too. Thank you for showing me this website, it’s a life saver!
