This week, I was again so very thankful for Aldi and my E-Mealz plan. I gave myself a very short window of time to get my grocery shopping done before I needed to pick up my son from pre-school. But with the help of my well-organized E-Mealz shopping list and the ease of shopping discount prices at Aldi, I was in and out of the store in 25 minutes with a cart full of groceries!
Savings from coupons and store sales: $49.37
- Spent $110.12 at Aldi, Landis and CVS. Saved $49.37.
Savings from ‘Free Money’: $2.00
- Scored a FREE coffee at Dunkin Donuts with some coupons that came in the mail. 🙂
TOTAL SAVINGS:$51.37
TOTAL SAVINGS THIS YEAR: $3195.65

My husband is at it again! We have been waiting for the Quick books to go on sale. We could not pass up this deal. My hubby did all the work and posted it. He is handy to have around!!

I didn’t shop this week but last week I went to Target and got $75 worth of groceries (food only except two packages of the free papermate pens) including fruit and cereal and paid $45. It was all thanks to my neighbor who got phenomenol Target coupons like 3 loaves of free bread. .99 eggs. 1.00 for lunchables. I don’t know where she got the coupons from but it was such a great score.
I’ll have to check out the e-zmeals plan=)

I’ve never really looked into the E-Mealz Plan before. Does it really make everything so much easier? I don’t really plan meals too often, so I should probably look into something like this.

I think E- Mealz is the perfect fit for people who like simple meals and who don’t really enjoy meal planning. Plus if you choose a menu plan based on a specific store, they plan the meals around the store’s sales that week which is a big plus. I know it’s nit the perfect fit for everyone, but I absolutely love it!
