Question about the “moneymaker” part:

If we simply buy one Blink Tears, will the overage be paid out in cash? Or do we buy a small item and the overage will go to paying the difference?

  Walgreens loyalty system is Register Rewards, which is like money that can only be used at Walgreens. So when you purchase the Blink Tears, you will pay $7 after your $1 coupon, but you will receive $8 in Register Rewards that can be used on your next purchase. We call that a moneymaker because you are earning more money in Register Rewards than you are paying.
