My question is related to Target Mobile coupon – for the school supplies, can the coupon be used more than once. For example, if I follow your list and purchase the index card & the poly folders – the mobile coupon will only take off for the index card and not the poly folders. Well that’s what happened to me? Is there something I did wrong? Thanks!
