There’s a new link for the CVS flu quiz coupon available.  This is just in time since the previous links have all expired.

Take a quick quiz on flu shots here, and when you’re done you’ll be able to print a $5/$25 CVS purchase coupon! (The good news is that you don’t even have to pass these quizzes…I never do!)

Looks like the expiration date is two weeks from the date of printing.
