I am so excited to share this news for my readers who have gluten allergies because I know how hard it is to find coupons for gluten-free products.

Betty Crocker is offering a coupon for a FREE Gluten-Free Dessert Mix up to a $4 value.  Simply call General Mills Consumer Services number at 1-800-446-1898 and select option #4 on the main menu.  Tell the customer service rep that you are interested in the coupons.  You will need to answer a couple of questions regarding your family’s consumption of gluten and then your coupon will be on its way!

If you live near a Super Valu grocery store, (Acme, Albertsons, Biggs, Cubs, Farm Fresh, Hornbachers, Jewel Osco, Shaws, Shop-N-Save and Shoppers), I have some great news for you!  Starting on Aug 7th through Aug 23rd, Super Valu grocery stores will have a catalina and rebate promotion going on.  When you buy $25 in selected Kraft products in one transaction, you will get a coupon for $5 off your next order AND a rebate form to get $20 back will print at check out.  That’s right–spend $25, get $25 back!  Gotta love FREE FOOD.

So, here’s a question.  What would you do for a FREE Caribou Cooler?  Would you be willing to lose a smidge of your dignity?

If so, then you can get a printable coupon for a free medium Wild Cooler or Wild Brownie at Caribou Coffee when you sign up for the Wild Up application on the Caribou Coffee Facebook page.  Then use one of your Facebook photos and add some “wild accessories” to it.
