I hit up Walgreens today for the FREE Purex deal. (It worked!) I walked out of the store with two Purex laundry detergents, two packs of Dentyne gum, and an 8×10 for only $.74! (Yes, some days this couponing thing feels like shoplifting, doesn’t it?!)
I wanted to let my local readers know that Giant PA also has Purex 2X on a BOGO sale this week. Use the B1G1 Free coupon from the RedPlum 2/21 insert to possibly score two for free! (Some stores may not allow this, but it’s worth a try. If not, you could buy three and then get two of them free with the coupon and sale.)

My Giant let me I used 3 and got all 6 bottles free. I have 3 more and will use them tomorrow night. I also bought 3 Bertolli frozen meals at $5.99, 3 Smuckers sandwiches, and 1 Dole frozen fruit, total was $27.34, and used 3 $1 Bertolli coupons, 3 FREE smuckers coupons and a 75c dole coupon for the fruit doubled to $1.50. I paid $15.97 but got a $10 grocery catalina. I plan on doing the same tomorrow night. You can’t beat the bertolli meals, they are delicious and will come in handy for a quick meal. So tomorrow when I use the $10 catalina I should pay $5.97 for the food. Also they have coffemate liquid for $1.67 a bottle, I have 75c coupons, so I got one. My giant only doubles one. Anything else I missed?
