• Used an Eversave voucher for HalloweenCostumes.com to purchase my son’s Halloween costume.  (No longer available.)

With all the excitement of the Anderson Show taping this past week, I didn’t do a whole lot of shopping or saving money (in fact I’m not sure I want to admit how much I spent on a new outfit!).  But here’s what I did manage to save!

Savings from ‘Free Money’: $5

• Received a $5 Visa gift card for entering codes from the Kellogg’s Cars 2 Passport to Adventure promo.

• Ordered a pack of Fisher Price diapers on Amazon for only $8.99.  (Regularly $17.98.)  Had enough Amazon gift cards from Swag Bucks to get them for FREE.

Savings from ‘Free Money’: $51.35

• Saved $1.35 using gas rewards.
• Took advantage of the Abe’s Market Eversave offer this week.  Had enough referral credits to get it for FREE. (Thanks to those who signed up!)

TOTAL SAVINGS:$123.48

TOTAL SAVINGS THIS YEAR: $3319.13

This week, I was again so very thankful for Aldi and my E-Mealz plan.  I gave myself a very short window of time to get my grocery shopping done before I needed to pick up my son from pre-school.  But with the help of my well-organized E-Mealz shopping list and the ease of shopping discount prices at Aldi, I was in and out of the store in 25 minutes with a cart full of groceries!

Savings from coupons and store sales: $49.37

• Spent $110.12 at Aldi, Landis and CVS.  Saved $49.37.
  

Savings from ‘Free Money’: $2.00

• Scored a FREE coffee at Dunkin Donuts with some coupons that came in the mail. 🙂
  

TOTAL SAVINGS:$51.37

TOTAL SAVINGS THIS YEAR: $3195.65
