Tomorrow (7/12) Chick-Fil-A is celebrating Cow Appreciation Day by giving away a FREE entree to anyone who comes dressed as a cow!

This year they’ve simplified the reward. Anyone wearing anything cowlike will receive a free entrée.

Guests in cow attire may select any breakfast, lunch or dinner entrée. Kids dressed like a cow may select a Kid’s Meal.

My kids and I love this event every year. Can’t wait!

Easy Peasy Caprese Bites

One of my favorite summer go-to recipes is Mozzarella, Tomatoes and Basil sprinkled with oil and vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. It’s easy enough to whip up on any old night with ingredients fresh from the garden.

So when, I tried the Savoritz Rosemary & Olive Oil Woven Wheat Baked Crackers from ALDI, I immediately imagined how delightful they would be topped with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. And how right I was!

Yesterday, I headed to our little garden and snipped a handful of basil leaves. In a couple more weeks, I’ll be able to grab some plump, juicy tomatoes while I’m out there as well. (I can’t wait!) Thankfully, I had some lovely little cherry tomatoes on hand and a package of Priano Fresh Mozzarella cheese (only $2.69 at ALDI).

Since the crackers already pack a flavorful punch, I didn’t even need to add any additional seasonings. I simply sliced the toppings and placed them on top of the crackers – easy peasy and so yummy!

If you don’t believe me, ask my boys, who devoured every. single. one. of these little beauties after I took the picture, then proceeded to make their own to devour. Each cracker was one happy little bite of yum.

Play Swago this Week and Earn Bonus SB!

Introducing Swago: Sundae Edition! Move over Baskin-Robbins, why stop at 31 flavors when you can earn up to a 300 SB Bonus!

You didn’t participate in the last round of Swago? Here’s what you need to know to get your 300 SB Bonus:

  • Click here to head to your Swago Board and hit “Join” to register. If you don’t hit “Join” you won’t get credit for completing the action items. (Be sure to use my exclusive sign-up code CHACHING70 if you are new to Swagbucks to earn 70 FREE SB!)

  • Each square on your Swago Board will contain an action item to complete. They can be anything from getting a search win, earning SB in Surveys, or earning SB in nCrave.

  • Once you complete the action item in a particular square the square will change color signifying the action item is complete.

  • You have a limited amount of time to mark off as many squares as possible so use your time wisely.

  • Be mindful of the patterns and their corresponding bonuses located on the right of your Swago Board. The patterns will vary in difficulty and bonus value.

  • Once you’ve achieved a pattern the corresponding “Submit” button will light up. You can have multiple patterns available for submission, however, you can only submit ONE pattern so choose wisely.

  • The game ends Monday, June 27th at 12pm PDT/3pm EDT. So make sure to hit “Submit” on the pattern you wish to submit. If you don’t hit “Submit” before the game ends you won’t receive your SB bonus.
